What is event carpet?

Event carpet is a thin, durable, and super versatile carpet that’s made specifically for temporary use - perfect for things like red carpets, trade shows, weddings, and brand activations. It’s easy to roll out, comes in a huge range of colours, and has a protective plastic film to keep it clean during setup. Once it’s in place and the plastic’s removed, you’ve got a crisp, clean surface that looks amazing in photos and in person.

How is this different from regular carpet?

Traditional plush or broadloom carpet (like what you’d find in a home or office) is bulky, heavy, and usually only comes in limited colours. It's also reused frequently, which means wear and tear shows fast.


Our event carpet is made for one-time or short-term use. It’s lightweight, easy to handle, and comes in a wide variety of vibrant and neutral shades to match your vision. Plus, it's more practical for heels, wheelchairs, and heavy foot traffic.

What types of flooring do you offer?

We carry a wide selection to suit different event styles and surfaces:

  • Glitter Carpet - shiny and bold for a dramatic entrance

  • Vinyl Flooring - printed or solid colors, great for branding

Can I rent carpet, or is it purchase-only?

Most of our flooring is available for purchase, especially when it’s custom cut or used for a one-time event. If you’re planning multiple events or looking for a reusable option, let us know as we may be able to suggest a solution that fits.

Do YOu Offer installation?

Yes! Our team offers full-service delivery and installation. We’ll make sure the flooring is clean, secure, and perfectly placed. Whether it’s a red carpet rollout, a full tent install, or a branded vinyl floor, we’ve got you covered.

Can you cut flooring to specific shapes or sizes?

Absolutely. We do this all the time for stages, walkways, lounges, and other custom layouts. Just send us your floor plan or measurements, and we’ll get it trimmed to fit before it even arrives on site.

Do you offer custom colours or branding?

Yes! We love a good custom job. We can match colours to your brand or mood board (just send us a Pantone or reference), and we also offer custom vinyl printing for logos, step-and-repeat backdrops, directional signage, or full floor wraps.

Can the flooring be reused?

It depends on the material. Our vinyl and turf can often be reused for multiple events if treated with care. Event carpet, on the other hand, is usually designed for single-use to guarantee a clean, professional look every time.
If reusability is important for your project, just let us know and we can guide you to the best option.

How quickly can I get flooring?

We keep a lot of popular colours and styles in stock at our Toronto warehouse, so for standard orders we can usually turn things around in 24 to 48 hours. Custom colours, printing, or large-scale projects may take a bit longer, but we’ll always work with your timeline and keep you updated every step of the way.

How do I dispose of the flooring after my event?

Most flooring can go out with standard waste, but we understand many clients want greener options. Ask us about recycling options or sustainable disposal - we’re happy to help you minimize your footprint.”
